For domestic orders, you have the option to return most unworn or unused items within 10 business days of the delivery date. Once the item is received at our studio, we'll assess its eligibility for a full refund. Please note, depending on the condition of the returned item, a 20% restocking fee may be applied (e.g., if it's damaged or clearly worn). We'll provide you with a prepaid return label; however, for returns, a $10 deduction will be made from the total refund amount. If you choose to exchange or shop for a new item, SMD covers the return label cost. Certain pieces are only eligible for exchange or store credit—please review product descriptions and details before placing an order. We do not accept partial returns for individual products (e.g., returning only a chain or pendant from a necklace purchase).
