Q: What happens after I submit my order via online?
A: Most items will be shipped immediately, provided the item(s) is in stock. If an item(s) is sold out or on backorder, our concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at shelley@shelleymoondesigns.com
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Once we receive your order and if it's in stock, it typically takes 5-7 business days. You can also select expedited and overnight shipping for an additional cost at checkout. If you place an order after business hours on Friday, your package will be shipped out on Monday.
Q: What are your products made of? What plating do you use?
A: Shelley Moon Designs jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic; generally our gold products are 24KG, 18KG or 14K gold plated over brass or our silver products are sterling silver plated.
Q: How do I know my ring size?
A: We follow standard ring sizing. Please look at SIZING CHART for more information under QUICK LINKS.

Q: How do I take care of my Shelley Moon Designs jewelry?
A: We encourage our customers to avoid excessive contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals will deteriorate the quality of the plating and semi-precious stones. This usually helps with preserving the life of your Shelley Moon Designs Jewelry. Store the jewelry in a cloth bag to protect it from the elements.
Q: What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
A: Contact Shelley at shelley@shelleymoondesigns.com with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information.
Q: Can I make changes or adjustments to my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes or adjustments to orders after they are placed. However, we will gladly refund or exchange products within 30 days from the date of purchase. Q: Can I replace a lost earring?
A: Yes, if the style is in stock you may purchase a half pair.
Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: After you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All orders are FINAL SALE.
Q: How will my product be packaged?
A: Each product comes carefully placed in a black velvet pouch and wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a mailing box.
Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We do not sell, share or trade any information you supply to use with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales. It's that simple. Your information is your privacy and we will never jeopardize that.
Q: Is my transaction safe?
A: All order information is set to shelleymoondesigns.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer 9SSL) technology.
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
A: Most of our jewelry is handmade by Shelley here in Austin or by artisans in Mexico, India, Thailand and Italy. You will need to use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. Our collections consist of sterling silver, 10K gold plated, 16K or 14K gold filled, 14KG or 18KG plated, 24KG overlay and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method via USPS.
Q: What is the Shelley Moon Designs 100% Guarantee?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Shelley Moon Designs purchases. If for whatever reason your Shelley Moon Designs piece is damaged or broken when it arrives, please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date by filling out this form. If the item is no longer available, you can pick out another item that is equal value.
