Shipping policy
Your jewelry will ship to the address provided. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address, if that is what was provided to me. In this event, you will be asked to purchase a second shipping label with the correct address. Please update shipping profiles and double check before purchasing.
We follow all proper procedures for shipping internationally (Outside the US). International customers are responsible for paying customs, duties, VAT, government taxes, etc. please note that these fees can be high in the UK. These are not to be mistaken for extra shipping charges. By law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer (Buyer). I will not be held responsible for these charges under any circumstance.
DOMESTIC US ONLY: If an item appears to be lost in the mail, I will file a claim 30 days after it shipped. Many times an issue will resolve itself with time and only after 30 days am I able to try to locate a package. Please be patient with the process, I know its time consuming and frustrating!
INTERNATIONAL: I will file a claim if an item has been missing and not marked 'delivered' after two months from date of shipping.
*****Please note: I do not have access to any additional tracking information other that what is provided. Sometimes USPS does not have tracking internationally, once it leaves the US, there is no more tracking info available.
