Returns/Exchanges/Shipping & Additional Info.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your happiness with your jewelry is extremely important to me. We strive to offer excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience in our shop. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 5 business days to resolve.

Because of the nature of custom orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. Pictures are great and worth a thousand words. Please be as descriptive as possible when inquiring.


Your jewelry is made to order and it is strongly recommended that you make sure of the length of necklace needed. Every neck is a different shape and size and it is not one size fits all. If you order a length that doesn't end up fitting, you have two options (but both cost time and money for both of us). You can either choose an extender chain or you can mail it back to me for exchange BUT there will be a charge for shipping and a re-working fee.

For US addresses, we offer standard USPS shipping of 5-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends. We do not insure merchandise unless specified by purchaser at time of purchase. Shelley Moon Designs is not responsible if package is lost in transit. If package is not delivered, please contact your local United States Post Office.

Shelley Moon Designs cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible. Please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have access to any additional tracking information other that what is provided. Sometimes USPS does not have tracking internationally, once it leaves the US, there is no more tracking info available.
